Hi Jeb, I just discovered you podcasts, thank goodness. I have downloaded several of them to enjoy on a long road trip I have comming up and several seem to "cut-out" about half way thru. Right when things get juicy, it seems. For example, 5-11-08. "To cold call, or not to cold call.
Thanks in advance for your attention. Jim

Interesting. Yet, in 35 years in selling, the numbers just don't work. I can guarantee that you personally don't take or respond to cold calls. Why? Because 85% of your business colleagues don't respond either. A sales rep cold calling has no power. It's like begging for an audience. We don't respect the cold caller, so we don't return calls or even take the call.
The rep does more work, gets less results, and is told to even more calling. Do the same thing over and over again, harder, more calls and expecting different results. This didn't even work face to face. Professionals have been lying about this just to keep their job. Very sad, indeed.

Interesting article, albeit false, which is why I will not entertain any of your affiliate products or links.
